District Beaver Sleepover

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 10:00 pm

5 Mary Rose and 2 Mayflower Beavers stayed overnight with about 20 others at 1st Thame’s HQ this weekend.  After an afternoon of crafts, games and a talk from the RSPB about Red Kites, a tea of pasta and meatballs, and a film viewing, the little darlings eventually gave in and slept about 11pm.  7 hours later they were bouncing around again.  After a traditional scouting breakfast of sausages and eggy bread, more crafts and raucous games, every child was safely handed back.  Thanks to all the adults involved.

If you aren’t walking it, then please find a few quid to sponsor those who are.
